Dear Apartment Owners

Presidents and secretaries from a large number of Associations of Noida & Greater Noida under the dynamic leadership of Mr. Rajiva Singh (President, Stellar Kings Court and Prof. Rajesh Sahay, Ex. President, Shubhkamna Apt. participated in the first GBM held on 7th Oct. 2017 at Shubhkamna Apartment Club House. Nothing can happen without blessings of Senior Citizens of Noida Sri J. C. Kala IFS (Retd.) President Omax Twin Towers, Mr. M. M. Mathur IRS (Retd.) Windsor Green and Mr. Mahendra Singh, MD (Retd.) NAFED, Sagar Apt. Forty One (41) Presidents, Secretaries & Executive Members of ‘AOAs’ with their broad vision deliberated MOA and Bye Laws of the Federation of Noida Apartments Owners Associations. They adopted MOA & Bye Laws with majority votes. Finally Noida Federation of Apartments Owners Association (Noida & Greater Noida) Gautam Buddha Nagar was duly registered with Dy. Registrar Societies, Firms and Chits, Meerut UP, Copy to Registrar & Urban Development Ministry, Lucknow. Federaon was registered under U.P Apartments Act 2010.

With the formation of the Noida Federation of Apartment Owners’ Associations (NOFAA), apartments in Gautam Buddh Nagar district have come together on a single platform to collectively address needs and issues that are faced specifically by multi-storey apartments. NOFAA will exclusively focus on the welfare of apartment residents.
Currently, there are more than 130 registered apartments in Noida and Greater Noida and a moulted of apartments are under construction in the district.

President NOFAA Said , “The UP Apartment Act, 2010, provides for a complete code for regulation the rights, dues and liabilities of the promoters and apartment owners. All AOAs have to be duly registered with the Dy. Registrar, Meerut, as an Apartment Owners’ Association and are further required to become a member of the Federation as mandated under clause & Sec on 48 of the Model Bye-laws of the UP Apartment Act”.

Prof. Rajesh Sahay, Secretary General of NOFAA, further added, there was a pressing need to establish one voice and common endeavour of all apartments in the district, notwithstanding the mandatory clause in the Act. All apartment owners and associations need to come together on a single platform, to address issues which are intrinsic to apartment living.”

NOFAA is formed to take up matters of common interest of all AOA such as law & order, sanitation, drainage various civil issues, horticulture traffic , pollution , roads and waste management.
