Orange County Residential Society, the premium residential apartments and penthouses at Indirapuram, Ghaziabad is the latest to join the group of apartments which have set examples by holding RWA elections as per the UP Apartment Act 2010. The election was held under strict vigilance of UP Police and RWA Federation sans any deviation from the clauses of the UP Apartment Act 2010.
Orange County Resident Welfare Association (OCRWA) also plans to form a sub-committee of co-opted members to help them in day to day running of the huge residential complex.
Ashwin Gupta, director, ABA Corp., the developers of premium residential apartments like Orange Country, Olive County, Cleo County and Cherry County said, “Our endeavour has always been to abide by rules and regulations of the state. The election committee was particular about following every provision related to the formation and management of resident welfare association listed in the Act and ensured that there is no deviation, whatsoever. Though we have already handed the day-to-day management of affairs at Orange County to the RWA, as developers we feel elated about this development and wish to congratulate OCRWA team for the same.”
