The NOFAA Member AOA’s Prateek Fedora, Marvel Homes, Krishna Apra, Royal Towers along with other society AOA’s of Sector 61 who recently met with Shri Pankaj Singh, MLA Noida to demand a rollback/reduced charges on Circle Rate and Stamp Paper Registration Fees, Garbage disposal charges, Water charges, Unethical Stamp duty on GST of rental income.
Also the Federation of Apartment Association – Sector 61 (FOAA), requests for attention on issues related to Erratic Power Supply, frequent Power cuts and voltage fluctuations, renovation of Community Centre, Dog Shelter, Police Beat near the roundabout of Sector 61, to declare a park near roundabout (Sector 61) as Children’s Park and another park opposite to Prateek Fedora should be declared as Children’s Park too.
